For Days when I Feel like a Slug

May I know the difference
between the need for rest
and the need to move around.

May I follow through

May I know that my worth is
my Oneness in God,
not my energy or productivity.

May I love myself whether
I am slow as a slug
or fast as a falcon.

May I remember
I am one with Love
In all variations of being human.
